I am an experienced management professional who develops people to be leaders. Adept at applying sophisticated financial analytics and common sense when solving business problems or examining new business opportunities. Comfortable developing strategic business plans, implementing tactics and managing/improving practical business processes. Skilled at achieving results in both linear and matrixed organizations. Possess strong communication, problem solving and organizational development skills that enable me to fix what is broken.

Key organizational accomplishments include establishing a treasury operations department, a financial analysis department, and two (2) corporate law operations and finance departments. I have also developed officer level and line level corporate finance for non-financial managers courses, standards of internal control programs, developed and implemented significant merchandise performance programs and risk based internal audit "red flag" warning systems.
